Security Council ‘speaks with one voice for peace in Ukraine’ — Global Issues

“As I’ve usually stated, the world should come collectively to silence the weapons and uphold the values of the UN Constitution,” Secretary-Normal António Guterres stated in an announcement.

Council issuance
