ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) — A St. Paul man is going through tried homicide fees after allegedly slashing his girlfriend’s throat and leaving her to bleed out on a lightweight rail platform. The sufferer informed police that her life was saved by good Samaritans who utilized stress to her wound.
