BUFFALO, N.Y. — Officers say ten individuals have been killed and three extra have been injured Saturday afternoon in a capturing at a grocery store in Buffalo.
The suspect, recognized as 18-year-old Payton S. Gendron, of Conklin, was taken into custody and has been arraigned on one depend of homicide. He was remanded with out bail.
