Profar homers to help Manaea, Padres beat Twins 3-2

SAN DIEGO — Jurickson Profar homered for the second straight sport and had a hand within the go-ahead rally for the San Diego Padres, who beat the AL Central-leading Minnesota Twins 3-2 Sunday to take two of three within the collection.

Manaea allowed two runs and 4 hits in six innings, struck out seven and walked three.

Bundy gave up three runs and 4 hits in five-plus innings, struck out three and walked none.

Padres supervisor Bob Melvin was ejected for arguing with first base umpire Jerry Layne within the fifth inning after a name was overturned after video evaluate.
