The person accused of capturing the canine walker of pop celebrity Girl Gaga was apprehended by legislation enforcement in Palmdale.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division introduced the arrest of James Howard Jackson Wednesday night.
The Sheriff’s Division alongside the US Marshal Service executed a warrant for Jackson’s arrest at an undisclosed location on Apricot Drive in Palmdale. The date of his arrest is unclear right now.
Jackson had been in custody for allegedly capturing Girl Gaga’s canine walker and stealing her two French bulldogs in February 2021. He was arrested following an in depth search and charged with tried homicide, however was mistakenly launched from custody in April resulting from what officers referred to as a “clerical error.”
Jackson allegedly shot canine walker Ryan Fischer with a .40-caliber handgun whereas he was strolling the singer’s three canine in Hollywood. Two of the canine had been stolen and the third ran off, investigators stated. Fischer in the end recovered from his wounds.
