Catamaran Ventures, backed by Infosys Ltd. founder NR Narayana Murthy, has appointed former senior executives of the software program companies agency as chairman and president.
The transfer comes months after the Bengaluru-based funding firm disbanded Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd., its three way partnership with Amazon India. Cloudtail was the most important reseller on the e-commerce platform.
Former Infosys CFO MD Ranganath, who was president of Catamaran for the previous three years, will take over because the chairman, in accordance with a launch on Friday.
