FORT WORTH, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – Fort Price libraries closed early on Monday as a consequence of bomb threats.
Fort Price police mentioned they had been notified at about 4:45 p.m. by a Fort Price Library worker saying they acquired an e-mail from an unknown one who was making bomb threats to a number of libraries.
Based on social media, the entire libraries closed at 5:30 p.m.
Fort Price police and firefighters evacuated all places and preformed security protocols to insure that nobody was harmed, police mentioned.
Investigators realized that different cities within the space acquired comparable emails and the IP tackle that was used to ship the emails originated from exterior the US.
Police mentioned the investigation is ongoing, however there isn’t a proof of an ongoing menace to the general public.
