MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Ukrainian legislation enforcement officers in Kiev have seized the belongings of a Russian gasoline and lubricant firm value 40 million hryvnias ($1 million) and transferred them to the Ukrainian military, the Ukrainian Ministry of Inner Affairs stated on Saturday.
“The legislation enforcement officers have stripped the belongings of a Russian firm value 40 million hryvnias. The corporate has been promoting fuels and lubricants. The seized gasoline was transferred to the Ukrainian armed forces,” the ministry stated on Telegram.
The investigation has established that the entity was registered in Russia, the assertion learn.
In July, Ukraine seized belongings value 2.1 billion hryvnias ($71 million) in belongings from the Russian oil firm Rosneft, gasoline agency Gazprom and nuclear vitality firm Rosatom.
Earlier seizures of Russian belongings focused Russian oil firm Tatneft and Russian billionaire Mikhail Fridman, amongst others.
The ministry added that the prosecutor common’s workplace was conducting a pre-trial probe.
